If your dog shows discomfort or inappropriate behavior at any stage of the process, we back up to the last step and try again....
How will I know how my dog is doing?
Every new dog gets a First Day Report Card chronicling his or her experience. Also, please feel free to ask staff. If the person at pick up did not spend time with your dog, they can ask someone who did to reach out to you. We also make a special effort to get pictures of new dogs to post on our Face Book page....
